General InformationUnique npcs refer to certain creatures in game that provide quests, useful items, slain quest objectives, or other nasty creatures that will butcher you on the spot when they see you! Many can be found in towns about our world, others in special areas including dungeons or hard to get to places. When you hunt a boss or a quest npc, often you will be given a way to track them down, either via messages or by an arrow on top of your head every few seconds. Certain npc targets from repeatable quests do not require any fighting at all; just have to find them and give them an item for example. Unique npc vendors can be found mostly in civilized towns. They often require a specific currency to sell you their items. So make sure you have your Gold pouch handy... Other npcs, like potential targets, require a specific type of interaction or command to use on them, e.g., [assassinate or [stealitem. If you succeed you receive items you can hand in the counting stones. |

Profession RelatedThere are 33 professions, with their own questers and corresponding villains required for combat related professions only. The starting locations for all professions can be found in the rune library! Speak to the questers to get the quest going. For combat related professions though, you are required to slay a super boss, a profession villain (timed quest). Beware if you stumble upon them and you're caught of guard; they can and will slay you easily... Make sure you study this . |

Automated Guild QuestersThis unique and exclusive concept of QaL has introduced 5 automated guilds, including the Crafters of Sosaria, Hunters of Sosaria, Magi of Sosaria, Rangers of Sosaria and the Shadows of Sosaria. Each guild has each own questers and corresponding theme quests, so explore them all! If you are a member of the guild you can receive a quest right away. Otherwise you can beg the quester (yup begging skill...) or bribe them to give you the quest! Make sure you study this . |
